In all honesty I really don’t like them so much. Why? Because everyone’s body is different.
Sometimes, the look people ‘idolize’ and use as their inspiration is something that is unrealistic for you. Some people aren’t meant to have their thighs not touching even at a healthy weight, and I think it can spin out of control if you get obsessed with something that you’d have to become unhealthy to get.
I just joined My Fitness Pal.
It seems great. It’s a free weight loss tracker and helper/community. You input your weight and height, and goal weight, and it will tell you how many calories to eat. It’s really really great and I need some more friends on there so add me ‘galaxyhearts’

Silly question since I just came back from my hiatus. I am not starting again from question 1 because I want to keep moving forward.
I think the hardest thing to give up would be PASTA. I know I don’t have to give it all up, because I’ll just gain it back if I do that - but I definitely have to cut down, big time.
